Your Journey Matters
Every journey is unique - but problems are common
We believe that everyone has a meaningful purpose in life, and their move to the UK is part of that purpose. Everyone deserves the right to chase their dreams, even if we sometimes stray from our path. Each person is important, and we understand that belonging to a supportive community where everyone can define themselves is truly valuable. Starting a new life in a new country is both exciting and challenging – let us assist you with the more exhausting aspects of this transition.
Professional support
We have 10 years of experience managing charitable projects, with a team of five employees and 20 volunteers who collectively speak seven languages: Polish, Ukrainian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Russian, Slovenian, and English. Our team holds a vast array of skills, including counseling, social work, project management, teaching English, interpreting, and finance, ensuring we provide help in the most professional manner.
At Aspeera, formerly known as the Midland Migrants Support Centre, we enhance our services by providing social support, employment advice, and language training. Our social support work includes assisting with housing issues, navigating public services, and offering community-building activities to reduce isolation. Our expertise helps beneficiaries integrate into the community, find employment, and achieve financial stability. Our team includes certified social workers and counselors who offer tailored assistance to each beneficiary.
We bridge the gap between our beneficiaries and local employment opportunities through career counseling, job placement services, and vocational training programs. Our interpreters and language instructors provide English classes and interpretation services during essential appointments, such as medical visits and job interviews.
Together, we have helped over 2,000 Eastern European migrants resolve issues like housing problems and cultural and language barriers. Our qualified and dedicated team is committed to improving both the present and future situations of our community members, ensuring they receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs.

Our Journey
and steps we have taken
We have launched our community activities in 2019 to help migrants from Eastern Europe living in the UK. We have discovered that our people encounter a lot of every-day challenges, mostly due to language and cultural barriers. We worked tirelessly to meet the needs of our community, and despite difficulties and challenges, our commitment to supporting migrants from Eastern Europe has kept us moving forward.
By 2020, our efforts culminated in the launch of our flagship project, the Migrant Support Centre. This initiative marked the start of a more organized approach to tackling the diverse issues affecting our community.
As we continued to grow, our community efforts evolved into a professional operation. In 2022, we officially registered under our own brand name as Midlands Migrant Support Centre CIC. This official recognition was a significant milestone as a trusted and professional organization supporting migrants – especially since we have established our ongoing working relationships with City and County Council.
Looking ahead, we are currently in the process of obtaining charitable status as Aspeera CIO, which is expected to happen in 2024. This move will further strengthen our ability to serve our community.
